I started using a cbn vape. Can you tell me what is a normal dose? I use several times a day, but I'm worried it will be too much

There’s no single answer to the dosage question. Everyone has different needs with hemp and CBN, and cannabinoids don’t impact everybody in the same way. I use cdb carts very often during the day. I get migraines and vape helps me. If you are very concerned, you can note down each of your uses and how you feel afterwards. That way you can find a balance in your use.

I use cbn but not by vape but by dripping oil under my tongue. 10mg per day is enough for me. This is the recommended dose to start with. I don't know how the dosage is determined in a vape. It may take some time to establish the optimal dose for you.
