If your Epson printer not printing, make sure the cartridge chip is clean, with no ink stains or debris. Make sure the printer's contact pin is clean, free of ink stains and debris. Make sure the cartridge is seated properly in the printer. Push it down hard until you hear a click. Once inside, move it with your finger from side to side. If the cartridge appears to be loose, insert the folded paper into the back and push the cartridge forward so it makes good contact with the printer.
