ARE YOUR ROOMS SCARY? No, as of now we do not have any “scary” rooms, the submarine’s lights may turn off for a few seconds at a mississauga escape rooms time but there is nothing to be scared of, our goal is not to scare you it is to give you an action packed experience. CAN I USE MY PHONE INSIDE OF THE ROOMS? No. We allow you to bring in your phone if you need to but it must stay in your pocket, if we see you using your phone you may be asked to leave. The rooms are under video surveillance to ensure your safety. WE ARE GOING TO BE LATE, IS THAT OK? We understand somethings happen, we recommend you arrive 10-15 minutes before your booking. If you are late, we may be able to accommodate you and still get you your full hour, if you are 15 minutes late to your booking time we may deduct time. If you are 30 minutes late it will be marked as a no show and no refunds will be issued. |
