The Volaris refund policy is relatively lenient as it offers some leeway when it comes to cancellations and refunds. Customers who need to cancel their trip up to 2 hours before departure can be eligible for a full refund of the purchased ticket price by paying a cancellation fee. They will not incur any additional charges or fees during the process. An unused and fully refundable ticket, minus a cancellation fee of $25 per ticket, is available for travel between 45 days and 2 hours before the scheduled departure time on any given day in accordance with this policy. |
