Hello. You know that on August 30th, CenturyLink faced a severe IP outage on its global network. This incident negatively affected all of their customers, ISPs and other digital services around the world. The outage lasted more than 5 hours (from 10:00 UTC to 15:30 UTC on Sunday morning) and spread beyond the
centurylink customer service number. The most interesting thing is that the centurylink customer service could not do anything. This affected other ISPs, eventually causing connection problems for many other companies.
