Go to the activation page to activate your
twitch.tv/activate.
On this page you can find the option to log in. Click on this option.
A dialogue box will appear on the screen and will require a username and password.
Make sure you have
twitch activate entered the correct credentials, then press Enter.
You will then see an empty form asking you to provide an activation number.
