What is the
getting over it Game?
The Getting Over It Game is a video game designed to help you get over the past. It's based on the theory that if you play it long enough, you will eventually get over what hurts and move on from those painful memories. The game is available for Mac OS and iOS devices, but it can also be played in any browser window.
How to Play the Getting Over It Game
1. You start by drawing a circle on the ground or on a piece of paper. 2. Draw an arrow coming out of the circle and pointing to the right. 3. Draw a second arrow coming out of the circle and pointing to the left. 4. On the left side, draw what makes you happy and on the right side, draw what makes you sad. 5. Walk around your drawing in circles while thinking about all your thoughts until they are released fully from your mind onto your paper or into your circle. 6. When you want to stop playing, erase everything on your paper (or simply close off the top part of your circle if you've drawn it on ground) and take some time to cleanse yourself with a hot bath or shower before starting again if desired
