Understand your goals and just "get better. I, like many people, was envious of people with a "Hollywood-style" physique. However, the question I was asked was, "Are you willing to sit in the gym for hours and stick to a very strict/clean diet?" All of this came as a blow to me. I didn't want to be an unhealthy fat rag, but I didn't want to (honestly, I couldn't because of my family) spend hours at the gym. And I didn't want to give up my favorite foods completely.
