Follow these instructions to operate the supporting machine of the marble cutting saw blade:

1. When assembling, make sure whether the arrow direction of the marble cutting piece is consistent with the axis rotation direction of the equipment spindle.

2. When installing the marble cutting blade, keep the shaft, chuck and flange clean, and the inner diameter of the flooding disk and the inner diameter of the saw blade should be consistent.

3. Make sure that the flange and the marble cutting blade are tightly combined. Install the positioning pin and tighten the nut. The size of the flange should be appropriate and the outer diameter should not be less than one-thirtieth of the diameter of the saw blade.

4. Before starting the equipment, under the condition of ensuring safety, there must be a single person to operate the equipment, jog idling, and check whether the steering of the equipment is correct and whether there is vibration.

5. After installing the marble cutting disc, it should be idling for a few minutes. If there is no slip, swing or jump, then it can work normally.
