The latest Lotus with internal combustion looks better as we learn more about it.We received most of the details of the
slot Lotus Emir when it launched in July, but now in Monday's announcement. The British sports car manufacturer has given us all the specs and prices of the V6 First Edition, and things look better than we thought.As you might expect, Emira's First Edition is a well-equipped sports car.
It was initially available only with the 400 horsepower Toyota V6 engines we know and love from the Evora GT. It is available with a manual 6-speed manual transmission with an exposed linkage or a 6-speed automatic. paddle-shifted speed The latter, though, will cost you an additional £1,000
The First Edition package adds another optional package. The other four packages include a Driver's Pack with Touring suspension with Goodyear Eagle F1s or a sportier suspension with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires. Two-piece brakes are also standard on the first generation.
Design Pack adds Alcantara headliner, sport pedals. privacy glass and painted brake calipers, while the Convenience Pack comes with rain-sensing wipers. parking sensor auto dimming glass storage net on the back and rear view camera. Finally, the standard Lower Black Pack makes the front bumper windshield. The front splitter, side steps and rear diffuser are all gloss black.
