Hi. If you are a Steam user, you may have noticed that the service is down for a few minutes on Tuesdays. Or that some features and parameters of the service are not working as expected. If you're wondering why this is the case, read https://steam.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html here for the answer. It turns out the Steam servers are down for maintenance from 5 to 10 minutes. If a company releases major updates, servers may not respond for 15 or 20 minutes
