Work 2 separate kitchen jobs, I have cloth seats in my car. And I want them to not smell so terrible after a couple of months? Anything besides the basics? Like changing shoes and getting seat covers?

In fact, given that you work as a chef, it should come as no surprise that your seats smell like a kitchen. Try not to leave your work clothes in your car, I think this is the problem. Also read this article on smell in car as it will help you understand how to get rid of the kitchen smell in your car.
