I started using a cbn vape. Can you tell me what is a normal dose? I use several times a day, but I'm worried it will be too much |

There’s no single answer to the dosage question. Everyone has different needs with hemp and CBN, and cannabinoids don’t impact everybody in the same way. I use cdb carts very often during the day. I get migraines and vape helps me. If you are very concerned, you can note down each of your uses and how you feel afterwards. That way you can find a balance in your use. |

I use cbn but not by vape but by dripping oil under my tongue. 10mg per day is enough for me. This is the recommended dose to start with. I don't know how the dosage is determined in a vape. It may take some time to establish the optimal dose for you. |
