Checking the Ink cartridges is the first step in the troubleshooting process. Doing this will help you to find out the real culprit behind this error. Through this, you will get to know whether the ink cartridge is causing a “Brother Printer Not Printing On Both Sides”. If the printer is able to print using other ink colors, then it’s the black ink cartridge that is causing this issue.
