In the construction industry, the letter of acceptance means the letter of formal acceptance of the contractor’s letter of tender. FIDIC definitions indicate the same thing. It is issued and is usually a page or two long. An expert witness UAE with years of experience reveals these facts after examining numerous letters of acceptance in the construction industry in the Gulf country.
