Passengers are permitted to cancel their booking within 24 hours of flight ticket purchase. If any passenger holds their flight ticket on the duration of the booking then, it will automatically have cancelled. According to the Air Cairo Cancellation Policy, in case of any emergency, illness, sudden relative death then, passengers will be liable to get full refund after submitting the related documents. Passengers are only allowed to cancel their booking from the official website or application of the Air Cairo or directly customer service helpline number or from the airport under the reservation counter of the Air Cairo. |
